This Pinot Noir is dark ruby in color that glistens at the top of every pour. Aromas of ripe summer fruit touched with the pleasantly subtle notes of dried mint lift out of the glass. The mouthwatering flavors of strawberries and Bing cherries greet the front of your palate and extend to the more herbal tastes of black tea intermingled with spearmint towards the back of the palate. This wine is medium bodied with good acidity and a refreshingly smooth finish.
